In Bloom - Silver Award for Pembridge at first attempt

Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard towards the Heart of England In Bloom Competition. Despite only having three months between entering and judging everyone made a tremendous effort and the resulting Silver award is an excellent reward - Gold next year??!!

A huge thank you to all who did their bit, however small, to make the village look even better than usual. A particular thank you to Su at Townsend Farm who not only was the inspiration and driving force behind the application but even 'saved us a Pod' for the portfolio presentation on the busiest week of the holiday year - thank you Su and an equally big thank you to all the villagers who attended meetings and helped with the tour of the village.
